Our well-ness programmes include..
health and well-being seminars, delivered by our stress management consultants. Amongst these are counsellors, lifestyle advisers and nutrition and weight loss consultants. However, we find that massage compliments all our therapies.
I have a wealth of experience working as a therapist for over twenty years, and I also lecture at a local college. I am Criminal Reference Bureau (CRB) approved.
